At Ugh & Woof Chronicles, all products are made to order through our print partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

To process a replacement request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement order through our print partner.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, the following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during printing

We recommend reviewing the product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
