Because each item is created specifically for you after purchase, shipping times may differ from traditional retail stores.
Order Processing
All products are made to order once your purchase is completed.
Typical production time:
2–5 business days
During high-demand periods such as holidays, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped immediately.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
United States:
2–5 business days
Canada:
5–10 business days
International orders:
10–30 business days depending on destination.
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items ordered.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to retrieve or resend the package.

Lost Packages

Damaged Items
